We assume responsibility for each patient we carry and each air ambulance we deploy: responsibility for the life that has been entrusted to us. We also want patients’ relatives to believe they can trust us and to feel that they have a reliable partner by their side in hard times. Medical Air Service also takes responsibility for our employees and their families, for our business partners, and for the environment.
In our profession, reliability and the ability to think clearly in emergency situations are paramount. We adhere to ISO 9001 standards.
Honesty and integrity
We really believe that ‘honesty is the best policy’. We know that many of our clients are facing emotionally challenging situations and we pride ourselves on our honest communication, without whitewashing anything or making promises we can’t keep. We consider saying ‘No’ on behalf of a patient when appropriate to be a strength, not a sign of weakness. We follow these rules of communication:

- We have transparent pricing policies – no small print, no concealed costs.
- We only offer services we would recommend to our relatives in similar situations.
