We assume responsibility for each ambulance transfer we deploy: responsibility for the life entrusted to us. We also want the patient’s relatives to be convinced they have a strong partner by their side in hard times. Also, within our company, we take responsibility for our employees and their families, for our business partners, and for the environment.
To do justice to our responsibilities and to the aspirations we and our customers demand from our services, reliability and analytical thinking in emergency situations are paramount. That is why our actions and conduct are based on ISO 9001 standards.
Honesty and integrity
“Honesty is the best policy” is our heart-felt conviction. We know that our clients often suffer from situations that are emotionally challenging and extremely demanding. Therefore, we place importance on honest communication, without whitewashing anything or making promises we cannot keep. We consider saying “No” on behalf of the wellbeing of the patient at the appropriate moment as a strength not as a sign of weakness. Therefore, we follow these rules of communication:

- We only offer services we would recommend to our relatives in similar situations
